Refund Policy

- If the report is not provided within 7 business days after payment, a full refund is available.
- However, if there is an issue with the uploaded photo that prevents detailed analysis, we will require a re-upload of the photo, and the report will be provided within 3 business days from the initial upload.
- Once you receive the report, it is considered that the service has been rendered and refunds are no longer possible.
- Refund requests will be processed if you contact [email protected] within 14 days after payment.

Service Provision Period
